In 1992 Mr. Stanley opened his office in Wytheville, Virginia. He is now serving the counties of, Bland, Pulaski, Carroll, and Smyth. While initially concentrating on Traffic, his practice has presently evolved into one that also offers:

Born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina, Mr. Stanley graduated in 1984 from high school. In 1988 he graduated from Rutgers College in New Brunswick, New Jersey, with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science, where he was recognized as a Henry Rutgers Honors Scholar. Mr Stanley subsequently attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, and was awarded his Law Degree in 1992. Following Law School, Mr. Stanley clerked with Caldwell, Winston, Massengill and Hyder in Bristol, Tennessee. In 1993, he began his Law practice in Wytheville, Virginia, with Hodges and Campbell. After two years, Mr Stanley became a partner in what became Hodges, Campbell, and Stanley. There his practice ranged from personal injury and products liability litigation to criminal law.
